NinjaTrader Client
The NinjaTrader Client window is the bridge between the SharkSignals servers and your NinjaTrader Desktop installation. The client shows the connection status, enabled trading status, and logs trade activities.
This window will open automatically every time NinjaTrader is started. To prevent the window from opening, uncheck the ‘Show this window when NinjaTrader starts’ at the bottom.
Sign in / Sign Up button: The button will open a web browser window to the SharkSignals web site. Sign in to SharkSignals, or create an account if you do not have one yet.

Settings
After signing in, the client will connect to SharkSignals.

Enable Trading switch: Turn On to enable trading. No trades are placed when Off. Disabling trading does Not close orders or flatten open positions. It only prevents new signals from executing a trade.
Logout button: This button, on the right edge, will log the client out of SharkSignals. Otherwise, the client will attempt to automatically log-in and maintain a connection at all times to prevent missed signals.
Show this window… check box: The window will open automatically every time NinjaTrader is started. If you do not want the client to automatically open, then uncheck the box.
Messages

The following accounts are out of sync… message: This issue only affects Sim101 and other NinjaTrader simulation accounts. The message can occur when the NinjaTrader » Control Center » Executions tab and Positions tab are out of sync and SharkSignals can not reconcile the differences. This can prevent Trade Plans from trading when ‘Allow Scaling-in & Scaling-out’ is On, because NinjaTrader is stating a position is open when the position is closed.
To resolve Trade Plans that are not trading, click the Show Me How button and follow the instructions to reset the sim accounts.
