When currently editing a Trade Plan, if user clicks the left menu Trade Plans menu item, it should return to the Trade Plans main/root screen which lists the trade plans.
I prefer to return to the last Trade Plan I was working on. Sometimes it is necessary to temporarily visit Signals or Timeline, and then return back to the Trade Plan.

I mostly meant, if you are already editing a Trade Plan, then clicking the left menu item should return to the root screen for trade plans. Yes, there is “All Plans” but I have never been able to intuit that being the correct way to get to the screen.
