Multiple Bracket support for Trade Plans

Feature Request

Currently we only have 1 bracket per Trade Plan (set of take profits and stop losses), allow multiple bracket sets per Trade Plan.

    Or, at the very least, allow BlackBird to take charge of however many order sets it wants, like it does now when using BloodHound as the signal.
